  "One summer, a friend brought her dog to visit. I asked her to keep her dog out of the house until I put the cat away.
  She told me not to worry, that the dog would not hurt the cat, and before I could tell her that was not what I was concerned about, she opened the screen door and let the dog in. The inner door was open.
  Moments later, a dog came bursting through the screen with a cat stuck to his face.
  It took both of us to extract the cat and return her to the house. Said friend never ignored my warnings again.
  Dog was not seriously hurt, so as time went on, the memory of a door erupting with a fur-faced dog became funnier and funnier."
